humans, animals, furries, fantasy and more.Since I have move my business to Vgen. I made this site as a easy public access to view my TOS without the need to click on my offers listed on Vgen.Please read carefully.

Term of Service

This is for easy access to see my TOS(term of Service) without clicking any of my offer on my Vgen. This is so clients who only want to read my TOS and decided to do business.
Please read before you decide to commission me.

General

Please have your payment UPFRONT and ready first!

  • I only work for clients that are 18+. Will not work with minors.

  • I work in a first come first serve bases.

  • I have the right to refuse to take your commission if its outside of what I can do or I'm not comfortable with your request.

  • Make sure you read what I can and can not draw, please don't be vague.

  • If you are using OCs that belong to another artist. Please make it known to me that the owner of that OCs has consented to be drawn in your commission request.

  • Clients must provide a visual reference of their OCs or Fan characters they like for me to draw. No written description nor will I have to browse the clients’ gallery just to find your OCs.I can do real faces, but prefer the reference to be drawn.

  • I do not design character(s) from scratch.

  • DO NOT use or send me AI images for references.

  • Sending me poses and body type references is good, but please keep the references SFW.

  • Please let me know if I'm allow to upload your commission publicly or not.

  • I am allow to work on personal art in-between your commission.

  • I do pause all commission work(s) during vacation, emergency, holidays, important dates, or birthdays(mine, my partner, or irl friends). Do return working on commission when it's over.

  • Please check on your message or follow me on any of my socials  (link)  for updates.

  • Animals(canines, felines, birds, etc)

  • Ship art (Canon, Non-canon, OC x Canon, OCs pairing, self insert/yumeship are good) please note: I will be checking

  • OCs and fandom characters(may depend on the fanbase)

Will Not Draw

  • Mecha(unless it's not too detail)

  • Characters without reference

  • Non-con

  • Incest

  • Lolicon/Shotacon(even if their age up, I will not draw)

  • Darkship/proship

  • Hate/racism art

  • Political theme

  • Bestiality/feral porn, or pokemon NSFW (human x anthro are fine)

  • Welcome Home, Any character(s) or media(s) that's for a preschool audiences,Alfred playhouse (canon or fan OCs)

  • Gore(for now)

  • NSFW

Revisions

I always will show WIP (work in progress) on every stage of your commission(depending on what you chose). Please note: I won't process to the next stage until I get approval by the client to move on.
Work flow:
sketch→ line art→ flat color→ shading and highlight→ Simple or Salvi-inspire BGPlease communicate what need to be change, but will NOT do most revision if I move on to the next step. (Example: revising the line art while I am in the shading and highlight stage)I have the right to refuse excessive revisions(over 5 changes) and any complex alterations due to missing/misrepresented details due to unclear information.

Deadline & Delivery

  • I don't have a set deadline, unless you the client provide a reasonably deadline. If it is doable, then those with a deadline can get priority.

  • I work in a first come first serve bases.

  • Line art may only take 3-4 days or less. Full render art with shading/highlights and other details may take 5 days to 10 days.(this is my best estimation)

  • Depending what you chose and how many character(s) is there, some commission offer may take either short or longer.

  • Please be mindful that I am working with other clients or personal art. This also include personal duty in my day-to-day life.

  • I always communicate with my clients and will update if something is holding up.

Uses

  • If the art is for personal use, clients are allow to use it as icon, banner or be uploaded to their social media or sites like toyhouse with proper credits.

  • You may not remove my watermark.

  • Personal art, can not be use for resale or any monetization. I am ok if you make merch with my art SO LONG it's for yourself and not for other to buy. Doing so will be blacklisted from doing sales from me.

  • You can not commission me to make line art base for others to use.

  • If you want to use my work for monetization/promoting your brand, you are allow to use it to promote your channels/videos/branding etc, so long I am credited in some way. (if this is what you are looking for, please check off monetization)

  • If the art is use for commercial/NDA (using my work for posters to sell to others, t-shirt design, or any merchandising goods) uses please communicate with me on how the art will be use by emailing me at [email protected]

Intellectual Property Rights

My art isn't allowed to be use for NFT or AI training. You may not trace or edited my work and take full credit.Do not HEAVILY reference any of my characters, art style, pose(this is a case by case thing), or ideas from vgen or any of my socials.Unless you are my friends or mutuals, do not use my character(s) in your commission order or commission other artists.

Speedpaint/Twitch.TV stream

All clients have the choice to opt-in or opt-out in the order form.I tend to do time lapse speedpaint on my work and be uploaded onto my tiktok. And depending on my availability, I may do a livestream on my twitch. Your name/character(s) whether if they belong to you or not, will be credited.It's not guarantee if your commission will be on a livestream, but speadpaint for sure.However, please make it known to me if you consent for your commission to be recorded and be uploaded to tiktok/stream on twitch.
Please note: whichever you select is final, you can't change your mind at the last second.

Refunds

  • I will not give any refund back if I have started/finished your commission(only if I haven’t started your commission, I can give you a 10% refund but have to ask me first).

  • Reason: since you commited to do business with me, while I might not started to sketch it. I still have to figure out composition and pose for your commish. If you decide for whatever reason to drop out, you are giving up your slot for the next client. A full refund will only happen if something that will prevent me from completing your commission.

  • Any Clients who refund without my consent will be immediately blacklisted/be up on commissioner beware and DOES NOT have full right to the image.

  • All clients are financially responsible before making the decision to commission me.
